Our core technology is built on real-time analytics and Generative AI running on private and public company data. We fuel our Natural Language Processing technology with +50M companies and +1.2B aggregated data points, allowing us to be 3x-5x better than alternatives.

👩🏼🎨 What you will do
- You'll provide technical insights during problem definition and solution ideation, to help the team come up with a Lean version of the solution.
- You'll make data-informed decisions using insights about the business, the users and our systems.
- You'll use the qualitative and quantitative data that your Lean solution produced to keep iterating it, making it more reliable, with higher performance or more scalable.
- You'll work within a cross-functional team alongside product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
- You’ll lead the Full Stack Development within a cross-functional team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that positively impact the customer experience.
💻 Our tech stack
- In our Engineering team we use Typescript, Python, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Remix, Prisma, Testing Library, Docker, RabbitMQ, Langchain.
- For data, we use Airbyte, Dagster and DBT and we have our Data Warehouse in Google Big Query.
- We have our CI/CD pipelines in GitHub.
- We deploy in Kubernetes on AWS multiple times per day.
- We use New Relic as an all-in-one observability platform.
- It would be great if you’ve worked with these tools before, but you don’t need to be an expert in all of them to be a strong candidate. We’re looking for product-minded engineers who want to make an impact, and we’ll support you in adapting to our tech stack if needed.
🎯 What you will bring
- You have 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering, ideally at a product-driven fast-paced tech startup.
- Experience working in eXtreme Programming teams. You have seen the benefits of practices such as TDD, small and frequent releases or pair programming.
- You have a great product sense and you use it along with your technical expertise to add value to our users.
- You have experience doing product discovery, not just delivering features.
- You have a genuine passion about technology and the AI revolution, constantly exploring new tools that can elevate the product and streamline day-to-day workflows.
- You see the software you create as a way of generating value for our users, not as an end.
- Even though you are more experienced with Full Stack Technologies, you are able (or want to learn) to be effective in other areas such as Infrastructure or Data Engineering, because you are a T-shaped Engineer.
- Professional proficiency in English. Spanish is a plus.

- You will have a full-time contract (i.e. no freelance work).
